Randy Vader has enjoyed a brilliant and distinguished career as a writer, composer and speaker.  Randy, and his wife Carol, are the owners and senior executives of PraiseGathering Music Group, one of the most respected and influential publishing companies in Christian music. Mr. Vader has been a part of the Gaither Music family for over two decades and oversees the development and publishing of choral works for PraiseGathering Music Group and Gaither Music Company.  He is a Dove Award winning producer and with his associate Jay Rouse, has composed over three hundred songs and anthems and over thirty major musicals that have consistently appeared on the best seller lists. He remains one of the most sought after clinicians and speakers in the nation.  The Vaders reside in Anderson, Indiana.
